About

Infinite Abilities provides functional fitness group classes and personal training for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Hosted at Seacoast Strength & Conditioning in Rye, New Hampshire, the program supports a diverse population across all ages and diagnoses. Participants benefit from the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social advantages of structured fitness. At the heart of our work is a commitment to building community and fostering greater independence for every adaptive athlete.

Functional Movements

Functional training is the foundation of Infinite Abilities. We focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance through movements that mirror real-world tasks. By emphasizing compound exercises that engage multiple muscle groups, we help participants train their bodies the way they move in everyday life.
